COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Badley 845A-SJZ1FN1AK3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ashcroft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asyst-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Amci product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ashcroft such as the K15M0242F2150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9700996101 manufactured by Asyst-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Asyst-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DC25FB1V4KE by Manufacturer Amci as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atlas-Copco Brand 1000C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as 1022051 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EK2170045 made by Allen-Badley as well as the popular X234682 original spares produced by Allen-Badley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 871TMB4N12R3 by Allen-Badley and 1022051 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 845GF3GAHP0360R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Badley. |
